Report uploads

A CSV submitted to the free report is written to a temporary file only long enough for the parser to read it, then deleted. We do not retain the uploaded rows. We retain aggregate counts such as pages processed, pages classified as decaying, and pages skipped.

Generated briefs

For qualifying decay alerts, the page identifier and alert evidence may be sent to Anthropic to generate a refresh brief. Do not upload data you are not authorized to process.

Contact, pilot, and support data

When you request a pilot or support, we store the reply email, selected plan or support category, optional site URL, message, status, and timestamps. We use it to onboard or support the workspace. We do not sell it or send it to an advertising or support vendor.

Search Console data

Pilot connections use Google Search Console read-only access. Provider tokens are encrypted at rest. The one-property external pilot syncs only the property selected during onboarding, even if the connected Google account can access more sites.

IP addresses and logs

The application uses a client IP transiently for rate limiting but does not write it to the report or support database. Infrastructure access logs may exist for security and operations under the VPS log-retention policy.

Analytics and cookies

The public site has no behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, or consent-requiring tracking cookies. A secure session cookie keeps signed-in workspace users authenticated.
